Dear Professor Roy:

	If we were in better shape financially and if we had more
people working with us whose interests are mathematical, I would
invite you to spend your sabbatical with us.  Unfortunately, neither
is the case, but we would welcome a visit.  I know of no problem
arising in our work that is primarily topological, but there are
a few problems in computer vision and in the layout of printed
circuit boards that have interesting topological aspects.
